Online Orders

  • Request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Between 15–30 days, store credit only.
  • After 30 days, returns are not accepted.

Return Eligibility & Instructions

Eligibility

  • Item must be new, unworn, and unwashed
  • Tags attached
  • In original (or similar) packaging
  • Fragrance-free and odor-free
  • Free of stains, marks, pet hair, or damage
  • Proof of purchase required

Before Shipping

  • Contact us for approval before sending your return.
  • Ship with tracking (we are not responsible for lost packages).
  • Include your packing slip or your name, email, and order number.

We must receive your return within 2 weeks of approval, or the request will be canceled.

After We Receive It

All returns are inspected upon arrival.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

***Uni-T reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Affiliated Business T-shirts (e.g., Conscious Style Guide)
  • Donation items (01760, NCCD, Ukraine, or percentage-donation items)
  • Accessories (jewelry, bags, etc.)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items already exchanged (limit one exchange per order)
  • All international orders

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our screen-printing process, slight variations in print placement or color may occur and are not considered defects.

Fees & Shipping Responsibility

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping Is Non-Refundable
  • Uni-T covers shipping when sending an approved exchange.
  • Returns over $100 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refused deliveries will not be refunded for original shipping costs.
  • Items not returned in original condition may be subject to loss in value.

Shipping Address & Delivery Responsibility

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

  • Uni-T is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an address issue or refusal, reshipping fees will apply.
  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Uni-T is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Delivery delays or carrier errors are outside our control, but we are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier when possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A photo of the packaging
  • Claims related to normal wear, washing, or misuse are not considered manufacturing defects.

We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or resolution.
